How do I buy bulk licenses?

First check the items you with to purchase, then click 'Checkout'. The next page let's you adjust the quantity of your selected licenses. By default, the unit amount is 1, but you can change it to the amount you need.

Volume discounts are tiered at 10, 25, 50 and 100 or more licenses. Please contact Sales for discount codes, or for site license information.

Why all the pricing options?

We believe IntelliGantt is a great application for all projects, especially the ad-hoc ones that might not last a long time. So, based on customer feedback, we basically eliminated the barrier to entry for short term projects.

Now provisioning software for a project is reasonable and easy. A group of 10 can be up and running in minutes with a great collaborative scheduling and monitoring solution for less than $300.

What is Periodic versus Unlimited?

The 3 month (90 days), 6 month (180 days) and 1 year (365 days) licenses are Periodic. That is, once the number of days have elapsed, the software 'deactivates'. You data will not be lost or removed. You can purchase another license at any time to continue, Periodic or Unlimited.

An Unlimited license is the more traditional 'you buy it you own it' license. An Unlimited license comes with 2 support cases. Additionally, you may purchase Software Assurance to make feature requests and receive all updates for your IntelliGantt product.

Will I lose my data if the license expires?

Absolutely not. The only thing that happens is the software deactivates. Once you buy another license, it reactivates and you are up and running again.

Can I buy additional Periodic licenses?

Yes. It's very similar to a parking meter. When you need more time, buy another license.

Does the same person who purchased need to renew Periodic licenses?

No. Any person can buy a license. IntelliGantt just needs a license to be available for activiation. You can buy an initial 3 month license, and then your boss might buy a 1 year license. No problem. The result will be 1 year and 3 months of IntelliGantt time.

Can a group of people with different licenses all work together?

Yes. As long as everyone has an active licenses, everyone can fully participate in the project.

If I buy a 3 month license and then decide to upgrade, do I get a discount?

Yes. But only for the 3 month periodic license.

Can I reassign a license to someone else?

Our licensing scheme does not currently support this. However, this issue is, in large part, why we introduced Periodic licensing. We believe the need for this feature was due to, traditionally, the requirement to buy only Unlimited licenses. Many people work with consultants or contractors for a short time on a specific project. If you find yourself in this situation, consider a Periodic license- when the project is finished, the license can simply expire.

Do Periodic licenses come with support?

Yes. Every license comes with one support case. Additional support case may be purchased as needed. The Periodic license must be valid for the support case to be valid.

You also have privileges to updates of IntelliGantt products with an active Periodic license.

Does Unlimited come with support?

Support for Unlimited licenses is more traditional. There the cost is not only for more support cases, but also first priority for feature requests and the right to upgrade to all new versions as long as support is valid. We also include web-based training for volume software assurance purchases greater than 5.

What happens when I buy a license?

When you click 'Checkout' you will be sent to our secure merchant provider- Software Key. There you can adjust unit amounts and add or remove items from the cart.

Once you approve your selection and successfully purchase licenses via a credit card, you will receive an immediate email containing license keys and ids with which to activate your IntelliGantt products.

If team members only access SharePoint tasks with their web browser, do they need an IntelliGantt license?

No. IntelliGantt, the IntelliGantt Add In for Microsoft Project and the IntelliGantt Add In for MindManager are installed and licensed on the client.

However, if you choose to enhance SharePoint with our Project Portfolio Dashboard, then yes-- that does need to be installed on the server.
